Continuing on our home buying journey.... you have found a house that you love. Now it's time to Make the offer!
Making an offer can be a bit nerve-wracking, but don't worry, I'll be your trusty guide.
First things first, we need to figure out what kind of offer we want to make. Do we go in with a lowball offer and try to haggle? Or do we come in strong with a high offer to show the seller we mean business?
Once we've figured that out, I will need to craft the perfect offer. What does that mean you ask? Here are some relevant questions: What is the highest you are willing to pay for the property. How many offers are there total? Does the list price compare to other homes sold in the neighborhood?
We'll also make sure to include all the important details, like the closing date and any contingencies we need to include. We'll make sure our offer is strong, yet fair.
