Happy Thanksgiving!

This is the time of year we take the opportunity to look back on our lives and take account of what we are thankful for.  

Firstly, I am thankful for my family. I remember last year when I was complaining about my job and feeling stuck. We were ok, but I felt no forward momentum. I was like—is this it? My wife picked up my phone and already dialed it so I could have a conversation that would start my journey of becoming a REALTOR. I remember doing a full day job and coming home to do some studying for my real estate license. I set the schedule for my studies, but when I started to falter it was my family that reminded me to stay on track. I will always be thankful for that.  I am thankful that they believe in me that much.

I am thankful for friends who have given me the opportunity to help them achieve home ownership. They trusted me with one of the biggest purchases in their lives, as a new REALTOR. The weight of that is not lost on me. To see them in their new houses and what they have done to make them their homes is awesome. I love seeing them show me all the work they have done to make it their own with such pride.
